World Series Refund Policy

  Teams can reserve a spot in the World Series by submitting a

$300 deposit or paying the entry fee in full.

Teams are accepted in order that payment is received.

• Some World Series have limited availability and teams could be turned away before the entry deadline.  

• Contact the World Series Director as soon as you are aware you need to drop or cancel from the World Series tournament. Contact information for all World Series Directors are listed on the NSAFastpitchWorldseries.com home page.  Please note that two player pick ups are allowed for World Series Tournaments, but must be approved by the State Director, follow the roster rules for World Series and be added before the roster deadline for the event.

• If for any reason NSA cancels or drops an age division prior to the start of an event, a full refund of entry and gate fees will be given.
   
• Refund requests will be reviewed for teams based on the date of the request and the status of the World Series they have entered.
   
• NOTE:  If the team or coach cancels or drops from the World Series and requests a refund, even if a refund is allowed, a $100 non-refundable fee will be retained from the Deposit/Entry Fee regardless of the payment method.
   
• Under the following circumstances, there will be NO entry refunds or transfer of fees:

1. If the age group or tournament is FULL  before the Entry Deadline, regardless of the number of days from the start of the tournament.  This means that we have turned away teams based on your team’s deposit/entry fee.  However, if we have a team on the waiting list and we can replace your team, you may be eligible for a refund.  
   We will make every effort to find a replacement team to take your spot.
2. After the entry deadline date shown on the entry form of the World Series Tournament  regardless of the number of days from the start of the tournament.  We will make every effort to find a replacement team to take your spot. 
3. After pool play and/or brackets are posted regardless of the date or the number of days from the start of the tournament.  We will make every effort to find a replacement team to take your spot.                                                   

• By entering the World Series, you acknowledge and agree to all rules and bylaws of the NSA, including the refund policy on this page.  Ignorance of an NSA rule or bylaw does not negate the penalty.  NSA rule book is available online 24/7 on PlayNSA.com - LOGIN  and then select the INFO tab at the top of the page.
